Join me for a guided Breathwork Meditation Circle every Friday from 7:00–8:15 PM (online via Zoom). We begin on May 22, 2026.
These sessions are open to anyone seeking deeper connection, authentic exchange, and a calming body and mind. Through breathwork and meditation, we create a supportive environment to slow down and reset together.
This is a not-for-profit offering—I run these circles in my free time to support good causes.

What is Breathwork?
The 2-stage Pranayama breathwork is all done through the mouth in a controlled meditative manner, while laying down. It begins with an exaggerated inhalation into the abdomen, a second inhalation into the chest, and then an effortless exhalation. Breathing this way brings awareness into the body.
The breath is a powerful way to open up, clear stuck energy, and access your spirit.
Literally, as you breathe, you are bringing life force energy into the body with increased oxygen flow. This oxygen moves from the lungs into the bloodstream and makes its way to the brain. You are not hyperventilating, because the breathing is slower and more controlled. The oxygen stimulates the hypothalamus gland in the brain and it releases endorphins that activate the other ductless glands, or chakras as they are more commonly known in yoga and spiritual work.
The oxygen is important because it not only alkalizes (reduces acidity in the blood) the body, it also encourages the brain to relax. That in and of itself is priceless (especially for Westerners :).
Anything to get the brain to relax!
You need comfortable clothing, Yoga mat (or bed), preferably something to cover your eyes and two small stones to hold in your hands.
We will start our circle with short introduction and sharing (but you can also say absolutely nothing at all, as our exchange is more about the energy than words).
I will be guiding you through active meditation for about half an hour, accompanied by beautiful music. The active meditation will be followed by a relaxation/healing time, to feel the vibration of our bodies when our mind is not in control.
